Orders are processed in 3-5 business days  and shipped 5-7 business days for gloss and 10-21 business days for necklaces ( KEEP IN MIND DURING A SALE THERE MAY BE POSSIBLE DELAYS).  On "average", customers receive their orders within 7-10 business days from the time the order is placed for gloss and 10-21 business days for custom necklaces .During huge sales it can take up to 30 business days depending on the volume of sales. Due to the pandemic and delayed shipping lip gloss orders can take up to 7-10 business days. Shipping is suspended on holidays and cannot be calculated as a business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will not begin processing until Monday. 

Please stir before use, all glosses are hand made with all natural products.

All orders are subject to order verification and security checks.

Orders must be verified before shipping. Orders where the billing address differs from the shipping address may be subjected to security checks in which can delay your order. When using Pay pal we suggest customers ship to address that is confirmed on pay pal site. We suggest customers use same billing address as ship address to prevent shipping delays due to mandatory verification checks. Glamour Life Inc. is not liable for shipping delays due to increment weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays,  order verification or  incorrect shipping addresses . Please allow shipping during the HOLIDAY SEASONS to be at least 10-15 business days.

 Your order will be shipped to the address as entered on our website.

Providing an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address is one of the leading causes of shipping delays. Upon ordering, please ensure all delivery information is complete and accurate to ensure successful delivery. If an order is returned due to insufficient or incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipment.

Due to Glamour Life inc. only selling custom and cosmetic items we do NOT issue refunds. We do not offer exchanges and all sales are final.

Lipgloss single, bulk order , and private label scent and flavor are subject to change at anytime without notification. No gloss has a specific set scent or flavor. 

Your privacy is important to us. Glamour Life Inc.  values customer privacy as an important part of our relationship with our customers. The following privacy policy applies to all Glamour Life Inc.  users.

Glamour Life Inc.  is totally committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. We will not sell your name, address, email address, credit card information and personal information to any third party without your permission. If you were linked to our site by another site, we cannot be responsible or held liable for their actions.

We will actively fight fraudulent credit card transactions. There are times when we may have to contact you to verify your identity to verify this transaction is legitimate. If so, this may cause some delays on your shipping time. Its best to make sure your shipping address matches your billing address to ensure quick delivery.
